Exclusive: Streaming ‘Back To The Future 2’ Comedy Event Saturday With Limited Edition Tim Doyle Poster
As much as everyone adores theBack to the Futuretrilogy, it rates pretty high on the unintentional comedy scale. There are flubs, over the top performances and awkward lines of dialogue across all three films making them great to watch with a bunch of friends. This weekend, a special live USTREAM broadcast will let you do just that. It’s called theSecret Show to the Future 2and it happens at 10 p.m. EST November 5.
In 2008, several members of the Sirius XM’sOpie and Anthonyshow did the firstSecret Show to the Future, where they watched Robert Zemeckis' 1985 film complete with live comedy commentary in the tradition ofMystery Science Theater 3000. This Saturday brings the sequel.Anthony Cumiaof the O&A Show, producerDanny Rossand comedianJoe DeRosa, all huge fans of the films, will watchBack to the Future Part IIlive and provide an evil genius commentary that simultaneously pays homage to the film while exaggerating its short comings.
But that’s not it. To commemorate this momentous occasion, one of our favorite poster artists,Tim Doyle, has created averylimited edition poster with all proceeds from its sale going towards Michael J. Fox’s Parkinson’s research charity,TeamFox.

Each poster is 16 x 26. The regular edition is limited to 150 total with 110 unsigned for $50 and 40 signed for $75. I know this sounds like it’s nothing but a bash fest but that’s not the case at all. Cumia, Ross and DeRosa are all huge fans of theBTTFmovies and treat them with the utmost respect. But that doesn’t mean they can’t point out some some of the film’s lesser points.
